The above two pictures have shaped sharp contrast to each other. In one picture, a beautiful girl in a bright dress dropped litter in the public place. But in the other, a handicapped man picked up the rubbish into the dustbin. We are informed that seeming beauty is not real beauty.
There is no denying that the cartoonist aims at encouraging the deed to protect our environment but not making our environment dirty. To begin with, citizens should not just care their own appearance, but also the appearance of the city. It is acknowledged that take care of the environment and she will take care of us. Moreover, most of people will agree that the girl who just has beautiful appearance is a beauty and the disabled man is ugly. The spiritual beauty outshone the physical beauty.
A conclusion can be easily drawn that we should improve the appearance of our city rather than just the appearance of ourselves. As far as I am concerned, the relevant education and regulations should be implied. On the other hand, unless every body should in our city should joins forces to protect our environment, no lasting solution can be found.
