2011級《研究生公共英語》課程教學(xué)要求及教學(xué)進(jìn)度安排
(福建師范大學(xué)2011-2012學(xué)年第一學(xué)期)
第一部分 教學(xué)要求
2008年版《非英語專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位研究生英語教學(xué)要求(試行)》指出,作為學(xué)位必修課的碩士研究生英語教學(xué)包括綜合英語和專業(yè)英語兩部分。綜合英語以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語言應(yīng)用能力為主,包括語言知識、語言應(yīng)用、學(xué)習(xí)策略和跨文化交際等方面的內(nèi)容。專業(yè)英語以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在本學(xué)科專業(yè)領(lǐng)域用英語進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流和研究的能力為主。根據(jù)碩士研究生入學(xué)水平和培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的不同將碩士研究生英語教學(xué)要求分為基本要求和較高要求兩個層次。根據(jù)我校實際情況,本課程旨在完成綜合英語部分內(nèi)容,以基本要求為指導(dǎo)。
一、 教學(xué)對象
本課程的教學(xué)對象是福建師范大學(xué)全日制在校非英語專業(yè)的碩士研究生。
碩士生入學(xué)時應(yīng)達(dá)到以下水平:
(1)理解性掌握5000個左右常用單詞及370個左右的常用詞組(即能正確識別詞類,選擇詞義),對其中1500個左右基本詞能復(fù)用性掌握(即能正確識別詞類,選擇詞義,英漢互譯,熟悉某些常用搭配和用法)并具有初步的構(gòu)詞知識;
(2)掌握基本語法知識(具備大學(xué)英語覆蓋的語法知識);
(3)能閱讀一般難度(相當(dāng)于大學(xué)英語四級課文的難度)的英語讀物,理解基本正確,閱讀速度為每分鐘50詞左右;
(4)能將一般難度的英語短文譯成漢語,理解基本正確,譯文達(dá)意;能將一般難度的漢語句子譯成英語,內(nèi)容表達(dá)與語法基本正確;
(5)具有初步的寫作能力。

三、 課程要求
(一)教學(xué)目的
碩士生英語教學(xué)的目的是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生具有較熟練的閱讀能力,一定的寫、譯能力和基本的聽、說能力,能夠以英語為工具進(jìn)行本專業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)和研究。對聽、說能力要求較高的專業(yè),可根據(jù)需要,加強(qiáng)聽、說能力的培養(yǎng)。
(二)教學(xué)要求
本課程旨在完成綜合英語教學(xué)內(nèi)容,以基本要求為指導(dǎo)。
碩士生通過課程學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)達(dá)到基本要求如下:
(1)理解性掌握7000個左右常用單詞及1200個以上的常用詞組,復(fù)用性掌握其中2500個以上單詞;基本掌握常用詞根和詞綴,并能根據(jù)構(gòu)詞法理解和運(yùn)用派生詞。
(2)能基本聽懂語速正常、語言規(guī)范的日常英語談話和一般性題材的英語講座、演講等口語語料。能理解聽力材料的基本內(nèi)容,掌握中心大意,獲取相關(guān)信息。
(3)能較順利地進(jìn)行英語日??谡Z交流。能較清晰地描述一般事件;較有效地表達(dá)自己的觀點、情感和思想;能就一般性話題發(fā)表簡單評論或進(jìn)行簡短討論。語言基本準(zhǔn)確、流暢、得體。
(4)能讀懂不同體裁、一般性題材的英語語料。能理解作者的觀點,掌握材料的中心思想和基本內(nèi)容,獲取相關(guān)細(xì)節(jié),基本理解篇章結(jié)構(gòu)。閱讀速度在每分鐘80詞以上。基本具備快速瀏覽和檢索文獻(xiàn)的能力。
(5)基本掌握常用英文文體的寫作方法,能就一般性話題在一小時內(nèi)寫出300詞以上的文章,內(nèi)容比較完整,語言表達(dá)基本準(zhǔn)確、清晰、連貫,格式比較規(guī)范。
(6)能翻譯一般性題材、難度適中的中、英文材料。英文基本準(zhǔn)確、通順。英譯漢的翻譯速度在每小時350個英語單詞以上,漢譯英的翻譯速度在每小時300個漢字以上。

注:1. 每次精讀課,即每篇閱讀課文課時安排計劃如下:每篇課文精讀三次課六學(xué)時,口語一次兩學(xué)時。
2.教學(xué)進(jìn)度表中有藍(lán)色體字安排的均為上口語課的時間,口語課一共上7次,每次兩個課時??谡Z課必須分組、分小對、分個人按給定主題進(jìn)行討論或演講,要求每個課題學(xué)生需進(jìn)行對話練習(xí),任課教師需作具體記錄,總計5分,以算入平時成績中。
3. 平時成績計算辦法:平時滿分為15分。內(nèi)容包括平時練習(xí)(如聽寫、翻譯、作文和小測等)占5分、平時口語課堂參與占5分、滿勤占(含精讀和聽力課程考勤記錄)5分。作文需按照安排表中布置,教師需收取學(xué)生一篇作文,并修改判分作下記錄。
4. 關(guān)于平時缺課缺勤的規(guī)定如下:缺課三次、請假六次取消期末考試資格;請假三次等同缺席一次;每缺席一次、或每請假兩次在期末15分中扣除2分,每請假一次在期末15分中扣除一分。
5.關(guān)于請假的認(rèn)定,學(xué)生每次課程的請假條需要有本人,輔導(dǎo)員和導(dǎo)師的簽字,并上交到研究生處培養(yǎng)科備案,到期末各任課老師到研究生處取回進(jìn)請假條進(jìn)行學(xué)生平時成績的核算。
6.關(guān)于重修生平時成績的考核一律按照正常學(xué)生規(guī)定進(jìn)行。

1.由于聽力題庫來自全部上冊書內(nèi)容,故本冊15課全部要上完,聽力課進(jìn)度基本上每周一課。每次課內(nèi)必須完成Part A、 Part B、 Part D。
2.關(guān)于平時缺課缺勤的規(guī)定如下:缺課三次、請假六次取消期末考試資格;請假三次等同缺席一次;每缺席一次、或每請假兩次在期末15分中扣除2分,請假一次在期末15分中扣除一分。請任課老師嚴(yán)格考勤。
五、評價方式與測試范圍:
1.期末成績的計算:期末考70%;口試15%;平時15%。平時成績:聽力課、精讀課和口語課出勤率、上課表現(xiàn)、完成作業(yè)情況,口語課堂和精讀課堂參與情況等。
2.測試范圍:各學(xué)期考試類型為Achievement Test, 書本內(nèi)容約占70%,要求學(xué)生認(rèn)真上好每一課。
3.考試題型:試卷由聽力、詞匯、閱讀理解、意譯(Paraphrase)、英譯漢、寫作六大部分組成,各部分分值如下:
1).聽力20%(20分)均來自聽力教材
對話10題(每題1分)
復(fù)合式聽寫一篇
2).詞匯15%(課本詞匯)共30題(每題0.5分)
3).閱讀理解30% 每篇設(shè)5個問題,共30題,每題1分
4).意譯10%(課文)共5題(每題2分)
5).英譯漢10%(課文)共5題(每題2分)
6).寫作15%
口語上課要求以及考試評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
上課要求
1. 小組活動、兩人活動、辯論等(group work、pair work & debate)是我們進(jìn)行口語討論活動的有效組織形式,希望大家能執(zhí)行。
2. 口語課有二個學(xué)時兩方面內(nèi)容:一方面是口語話題圍繞閱讀課主題進(jìn)行,就所給的口語題目和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行討論;二方面任課老師自行安排或繼續(xù)進(jìn)行第一節(jié)討論內(nèi)容,這兩節(jié)課的主角必須是學(xué)生,由學(xué)生進(jìn)行口語對話,或討論,或辯論或演講。最后期末口試內(nèi)容需綜合全年段各班討論的題目的效果進(jìn)行最后的確定。

讓學(xué)生抽簽,就抽到的話題進(jìn)行陳述(Presentation)三分鐘。

第一檔 12分左右
1.單詞發(fā)音準(zhǔn)確,句子有升降調(diào),有起伏 2.條理清楚,重點突出 3.三分鐘內(nèi)至少講12句
第二檔 9分左右
1.單詞發(fā)音基本準(zhǔn)確,句子有升降調(diào)有起伏2.條理較清楚重點較突出3.三分鐘內(nèi)至少10句
第三檔6分左右
1.單詞發(fā)音尚可,句子偶爾有升降調(diào),有起伏2.條理不清,重點不突出3.三分鐘內(nèi)至少8句
第四檔3分以下
