　　溫馨提醒：在上周進(jìn)行了關(guān)于英語(yǔ)一寫作高分經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享后，不少英語(yǔ)二的小伙伴反饋沒(méi)有找到英二的寫作經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享，想了解學(xué)長(zhǎng)學(xué)姐是如何準(zhǔn)備英語(yǔ)二寫作的小伙伴看過(guò)來(lái)，課程入口載這里，點(diǎn)擊查看
　　英語(yǔ)作文備考指導(dǎo)第二波，上次的帖子夏徛榮老師給我們介紹了應(yīng)用文的常用結(jié)構(gòu)模板（木有趕上快來(lái)惡補(bǔ)），那具體的句型應(yīng)該怎樣去表達(dá)呢，這次夏徛榮老師具體來(lái)說(shuō)一下應(yīng)用文中的常用表達(dá)：
　　一、表示感謝--Gratitude
　　1. It is constantly gratifying to receive a complimentary letter like yours. 接到您來(lái)信的贊美，我們不勝感激。（語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）
　　2. I would like to express my gratitude / thanks. 我愿在此向您表示感謝。（語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）
　　3. Please accept my thanks for the very pleasant time I spent on Tuesday evening at your office. 星期二，我在你處度過(guò)了一個(gè)愉快的夜晚，請(qǐng)接受我的謝意。（語(yǔ)體較隨意，非正式）
　　4. We shall esteem it (as) a favor if you will inform us soon. 如蒙早日通知, 不勝感謝。（語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）

　　二、表示感謝的應(yīng)答--Replies to thanks
　　1. It was a pleasure for me to help you. 能幫助你使我高興。
　　2. I'm only too glad to have been of help to you. 對(duì)你能有所幫助十分高興。（語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）
　　3. I'm glad to have been of service to you. 我很高興能為您效勞。（語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）
　　4. I'm delighted to have been able to do you this service. 能為您效勞十分高興。

　　三、表示道歉--Apology
　　1. Much to my regret I was unable to keep my promise to attend your birthday party. 未能應(yīng)約赴生日宴，殊覺抱歉。（語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）
　　2. I am afraid that you will think me unpardonably negligent in not having answered your letter dated 7 December sooner. 請(qǐng)?jiān)徫沂盏侥?2月7日的來(lái)信后遲遲未復(fù)。（語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）
　　3. I am terribly sorry to tell you that I have lost the valuable book you were so kind to lend me last week. 很抱歉，上星期您借給我的那本書竟遺失了。（語(yǔ)體較隨意，非正式）
　　4. Please accept my regrets, and I'll try to make it next year. 未能出席，深表歉意，我爭(zhēng)取明年參加。（語(yǔ)體較隨意，非正式）

　　四、表示遺憾和同情--Regret and sympathy
　　1. I am extremely sorry to hear about your illness. 聽說(shuō)你病了，我深感不安。
　　2. We have just learned with profound sorrow the sad news. 得悉這一悲痛的消息，我們無(wú)比悲傷。（語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）
　　3. I wish there was something I could say or do to soften your grief. 但愿我能以什么言詞或行動(dòng)來(lái)安慰您。（語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）
　　4. We all join in sending you our heartfelt love. 我們向您致以熱忱的問(wèn)候。

　　五、表示邀請(qǐng)--Invitation
　　1. Will you come to a luncheon on Friday, May 5th, at twelve o'clock? 您能在5月5日星期五中午12點(diǎn)鐘來(lái)吃午飯嗎? （語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）
　　2. It would give us great pleasure to have your presence at a reception in honor of the Chinese delegation. 如您能夠出席為中國(guó)代表團(tuán)而舉行的招待會(huì)，我們將感到十分榮幸。（語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）
　　3. I'm putting together a birthday party at my house tomorrow night. Can you make it? 明天晚上我準(zhǔn)備在我家舉行一個(gè)生日晚會(huì)。你能來(lái)嗎？
　　4. Drop by sometime if you have nothing on. 如果你沒(méi)事，什么時(shí)候過(guò)來(lái)坐坐。（語(yǔ)體較隨意，非正式）

　　六、表示提議--Offering
　　1. Is there anything else you would like me to do? 還有什么別的事要我做嗎？
　　2. Let's go Dutch. 讓我們各付各的帳吧。（語(yǔ)體較隨意，非正式）
　　3. I'm not expert, but I'll be happy to help you. 我不是專家，但我很樂(lè)意幫你一把。
　　4. If you like, I could make you a suit. 如果你喜歡，我可以給你做套衣服。（語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）

　　七、表示接受和謝絕--Accept and refuse
　　1. I am free that evening and will be glad to meet and talk with you about language learning. 我那天晚上方便，很愿意前去拜會(huì)你們并與你們討論語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)方面的問(wèn)題。（語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）
　　2. I had hoped that it would be possible for me to be there, but I now find the rush of business makes it impractical. 起初我希望能夠出席此次大會(huì)，但現(xiàn)在發(fā)現(xiàn)公務(wù)繁忙，故不能到會(huì)。（語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）
　　3. Well, I'd like to, but I'm sure I haven't time. 唔，我很想去，就是擔(dān)心沒(méi)有時(shí)間。
　　4. Well, that's very kind of you, but I'm afraid I can't manage Sunday. I've got something else on. 唔，你太好了。不過(guò)我星期天來(lái)不了。我有一些別的事。（語(yǔ)體較隨意，非正式）

　　八、表示意愿--Intention
　　1. I think the TV station should air more sports games. 我覺得電視臺(tái)應(yīng)該播放更多的體育節(jié)目。
　　2. I was about to tell you about it too. 我也正想跟你談一談這件事呢。
　　3. I guess you need to take more care of yourself. 我想你得更好地照顧你自己。（語(yǔ)體較隨意，非正式）
　　4. I meant to clean the room. But it really takes a lot of time. 我本想清理一下房間?？墒沁@的確很費(fèi)時(shí)間。

　　九、表示祝賀--Congratulations
　　1. Let us congratulate you on your graduation from university. 我們祝賀你大學(xué)畢業(yè)。（語(yǔ)體較隨意，非正式）
　　2. My wife and I join in sending our best wishes. 我和我妻子同向您致意。
　　3. May the years ahead fulfill all your hopes. 愿您在今后的歲月里能實(shí)現(xiàn)您的一切愿望。
　　4. Congratulations and sincere good wishes on your birthday. 對(duì)您的生日致以祝賀，并表示真摯而美好的祝愿。

　　十、表示義務(wù)和必須--Obligation
　　1. It is necessary that you should learn from him. 你向他學(xué)習(xí)是必要的。（語(yǔ)體較隨意，非正式）
　　2. I must phone my daughter, she'll be worried about me. 我必須給我女兒打電話，她會(huì)為我擔(dān)心的。
　　3. I want you to observe me closely while I'm making the experiment. 我做實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)我要你們仔細(xì)地觀察。
　　4. I'm gaining weight these days, and I have to watch my calories. 我最近的體重在增加，我得控制體重了。

　　十一、表示允許--Permission
　　1. I was wondering if I could write her a letter. 我在想不知可不可以給她寫封信。（語(yǔ)體較客氣）
　　2. Do I have your permission? 你允許嗎？（語(yǔ)體較客氣）
　　3. Do you have any objection if I take a day off? 如果我休息一天你反對(duì)嗎？（語(yǔ)體較客氣）
　　4. Please don't hesitate to do that. 這事請(qǐng)放心去做。（語(yǔ)體較隨意，非正式）

　　十二、表示同意或不同意--Agree or disagree
　　1. I couldn't agree more. 我再贊成不過(guò)了。（語(yǔ)體較正式）
　　2. I wish I could agree with you, but Peter's working hard. 我真希望能與您意見一致，但是彼得工作很努力。
　　3. I beg to differ with you on this matter. 請(qǐng)?jiān)试S我在這件事上跟您意見分歧。
　　4. I agree in principle, but our emotions exist anyway. 原則上我同意，但不管怎么說(shuō)我們的情感是存在的。

　　十三、表示滿意與不滿意--Satisfy and dissatisfy
　　1. Frankly speaking, I wasn't satisfied with it. 坦白而言，我不太滿意。
　　2. It was marvelous. I'm more than pleased. 棒極了。我太高興了。
　　3. I was rather disappointed. 我很失望。
　　4. I'd expect it to be much better. 我原指望它會(huì)好得多。

　　十四、表示喜歡或不喜歡--Like or dislike
　　1. Sam, I really appreciate talking with you. 山姆，我真的很喜歡跟你交談。
　　2. I really hate gossiping. 我真的不喜歡說(shuō)三道四。
　　3. I couldn't say smoking appeals to me very much. 我不能說(shuō)吸煙對(duì)我有多大吸引力。
　　4. She said that she was really pleased with the photography of this movie. 她說(shuō)她喜歡這部電影的攝影。

　　十五、表示責(zé)怪和抱怨--Complaint
　　1. I wonder if you could keep the noise down a little. 請(qǐng)問(wèn)你能不能小一點(diǎn)聲音？（委婉）
　　2. Aren't you ashamed of your selfish behavior? 你不為你的自私行為感到羞恥嗎？（語(yǔ)氣強(qiáng)烈）
　　3. I'm afraid you have no right to be so rude. 恐怕您沒(méi)有權(quán)力這么粗魯無(wú)禮。
　　4. You shouldn't have left early. 你不應(yīng)該早走的。（語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）

　　十六、表示勸告和建議--Advice and suggestion
　　1. They recommended that the machine be over hauled. 他們建議把機(jī)器徹底檢查。
　　2. He proposed that none of the dictionaries be taken away from the library. 他建議一本字典也不要從圖書館拿走。
　　3. His recommendation is that the experiment be repeated. 他的建議是，實(shí)驗(yàn)要重做。
　　4. Are you sure you ought to drink when you're driving? 你覺得駕車時(shí)應(yīng)該喝酒嗎？

　　十七、表示承諾--Promise
　　1. I'll keep my promise that you can go with me next time. 我說(shuō)話算數(shù)，下次讓我和你一起去。
　　2. She gave a promise that the product can be returned back if it is not good enough. 她答應(yīng)如果產(chǎn)品不好可以退貨。
　　3. I just have the feeling of being promised the moon, and then cheated! 我感覺好像是剛聽到了一個(gè)好聽的諾言，但隨后就被欺騙了。
　　4. Are you going back on your word? 你要食言嗎？

　　十八、表示提醒--Warning
　　1. Don't beat around the bush. 別拐彎抹角。（語(yǔ)體較隨意，非正式）
　　2. Be aware of those who fish in troubled waters. 小心那些混水摸魚的人。（語(yǔ)體較隨意，非正式）
　　3. You'd better stay away from that man. 你最好離那人遠(yuǎn)一點(diǎn)兒。（語(yǔ)體較正式，委婉）
　　4. Don't try any tricks! 不要耍花招?。ㄕZ(yǔ)體較隨意，非正式）

　　十九、表示焦慮--Anxiety
　　1. Is it serious? How is it going? 嚴(yán)重嗎？情況怎么樣？（語(yǔ)體較隨意，非正式）
　　2. It's a worry to me whether she's able to pass the exam. 我擔(dān)心她考試不能及格。
　　3. I'm scared that she might not come back. 我擔(dān)心她可能不回來(lái)了。
　　4. I'm afraid he might be considering it. 我擔(dān)心他在考慮這件事。

　　二十、表示興趣--Interest
　　1. Nothing had begun to interest her so much as folk music. 根本沒(méi)有什么東西曾經(jīng)像民間音樂(lè)那樣引起她的興趣。
　　2. His interest in the subject was awakened by the book. 這本書使他對(duì)這門學(xué)科產(chǎn)生了興趣。
　　3. The play aroused his enthusiasm. 這劇本引起了他的極大興趣。
　　4. He doesn't know much about the subject, but he's very enthusiastic. 他對(duì)這事所知不多，但卻極感興趣。
