1、一般性翻譯思路

拿到卷子首先快速閱讀文本，找到每一個句子或者每一個小段的中心詞，然后就是簡化句子，不論是中譯英還是英譯中，第一件事就是要簡化句子，找他的主謂賓以及找邏輯。然后在腦子里快速的過幾遍你的想法，建議在草稿紙上快速地寫一下重點，然后再重新組織語言，定一下結構，最后寫完了一定要注意檢查一下。

2、實用的翻譯技巧

漢譯英：勤用動詞的名詞化。在合理范圍內勤用被動語態。掌握多種句式和勤用同義詞轉換，使翻譯多樣化和豐滿感。在不變句意的前提下，盡量還原句子的結構和完整度。

英譯漢：切忌字對字翻譯，翻譯之前自己默念一遍檢查是否符合我們的正常用語習慣。減少主語，多用動詞。謹慎添加連接詞的翻譯。

According to YuanXin, professor (with the Population and Development Institute under Nankai University, many women who currently intend to have a second child are now pregnant. Vice Minister Wang Pei'an of the National Health and Family Planning Commission remarked that the situation is generally within expectations. A total of 8.31 million babies were born in the first half of this year, increasing 6.9 percent from the same period last year. Of those babies, 44.6 percent were second children, up 6.7 percent from the year before, Wang added.
