真題回憶+考后感想
（1）政治：大題請跟緊肖大大，跟緊肖大大，跟緊肖大大。選擇題看個人。我買了肖秀榮全家桶….除了講真題沒買，其他都買了。政治真題后期市面上會有，這里不細講。
（2）翻譯碩士英語
題型有單選、閱讀和作文。
單選有三十道，30分。大多出自外刊和BBC、 *OA，比如法國總統馬卡龍的那道，我就在經濟學人上見到過，大概四五月份的吧。估計從外刊里扣單選的趨勢還會延續一段時間，不過，誰知道會不會變呢。敲重點！外刊！外刊！一定要看！我就是后期沒看外刊，狂背的專八單詞，背了起碼七八遍，我以為單選選項是像跨考黃皮書的那樣，是一個個單詞的。但是！廣外的單選選項不是一個個的單詞！而是搭配！后悔死....有些題我看不懂題干，都不知道它在講啥。但看不懂也沒關系，用邏輯推理+排除法就好了。然而，這并不意味著單詞不重要，單詞背多了，做閱讀題就好做。
閱讀題分為兩部分，前兩篇是單選（20分 共10道），后兩篇是問答題（20分 有五問）。第一篇講的是歷任韓國總統的腐敗問題，意思是說貪污腐敗現象在韓國很嚴重之類的。還提到了樸槿惠（Park Geun-Hye）啥啥啥的，我記得人名是這個，不知道記錯了沒。第二篇就是兩批專家就大腦能不能產生新的神經元進行辯論，一批說嬰兒能產生，但成年人不能，另一批不服氣，說他們通過實驗檢測到了成年人可以產生新的神經元。文章后面還提到了這兩批專家通過實驗得出的結論*瑕疵。這兩篇的選項都不難，但有干擾項，做題細心一點。第三篇講的是美國陪審員干嘛干嘛的，一開篇舉了個例子，說有懷疑一個人犯罪，然后就引出了主題，說Judges可以進行reasonable doubt, 然后這個reasonable doubt是啥呢？文章給出了定義。接下來就問你Q1：Explain “reasonable doubt.”Q2: Explain “the final problem is legalese”第二問在文章的最后一段，意思是說在司法審判的過程中，繁瑣法律術語會起到阻礙的作用，讓人費解，但是法律術語的使用又是必要的，因為即使是最簡單的詞在法律上也會有不同的含義。這篇文章我考前恰好做過類似的，所以寫起來比較快。第四篇講的是英國皇室和政府的興衰，也是有兩派，一派是啥啥啥，另一派跟populist長得很像的黨派，我在經濟學人上經常見 。問題有三個，一個是讓你Explain 這兩個黨派，一個是paraphrase文章的一句話吧，第三個是解釋有關于Queen的，位于文章最后一段。篇幅適中，比我平時練習的要短一些。
作文是貿易戰，30分。前面是Trump的觀點，然后問your opinion？這個比較好寫，熱點，市面上有很多資料*提及。要看清楚題目要求，今年要求寫題目。往年愛考教育，今年偏時事熱點，所以大家多方面涉及吧，關注熱點話題。
（3）翻譯基礎
這門分兩部分，短語互譯+段落翻譯（E-C C-E）。

Today, being dri*en by the necessity of doing something for himself, he entered the drug store which occupied the corner, finding a girl cashier in a small glass cage near the door, asked of her who was in charge of the soda fountain.
Interested by his uncertain manner, as well as his deep and rather appealing eyes, and instincti*ely judging that he was looking for something to do, she obser*ed, “Why, Mr. Sector, there, the manager of the store.” She nodded in the direction of a short, meticulously dressed man of about thirty-fi*e, who was arranging an especial display of diamond necklaces on the top of a glass case.
Clyde approached him, being still dubious as to how one were about getting anything in life. Finding him engrossed in what he was doing, Clyde stood first on one foot and then on the other, until at last, sensing someone was ho*ering about for something, the man turned, “well?”, he asked.
“You don’t happen to need a soda fountain helper, do you?” Clyde cast at him a glance that said as plain as anything could, “if you ha*e any such place, I wish you would please gi*e it to me. I need it.”
“No, no, no,” replied the man, who was blond and *igorous and by nature a little irritable.
He was about to turn away, but seeing a flicker of disappointment and depression pass o*er Clyde’s face, he turned and added, “E*er work in a place like this before?”
“No place as fine as this. No, sir.” replied Clyde. “I’m working now down at Mr. Klinkle’s store, but it isn’t anything like this one and I’d like to get something better if I could.”
“Uh,” went on the man, “Well, that’s reasonable enough. But there isn’t anything here right now that I could offer you. We don’t make any changes. But if you’d like to be a bell-boy, I can tell you where you might get a place. They are looking for an extra boy in the hotel inside there right now. The captain of the boys was telling me he was in need of one.
Then seeing Clyde’s eyes suddenly brightened, he added, \"But you mustn’t say that I sent you, because I don’t know you. Just ask for Mr. Squires inside there, under the stairs, and he can tell you all about it.”

我只是清華幾萬校友中的一個，現已不在清華工作，然而一說起這所學校，至今像年輕時一樣興奮，話也說不完似的。
清華吸引人的究竟是什么？它有很好的校園，裝備，但這些別校也有；它的歷史也不是很長，世界大學中，成立已幾百年的有的是；想來想去，還是由于清華的人，或者說清華人和中國歷史的特殊關聯。
說起清華人，我懷念我的老師們。大學一年級，俞平伯、余冠英兩先生教我國文，一位教讀本，一位教作文，都親切而嚴格，有一次余先生指出我作文中的錯誤，但又要我多寫幾篇給他看。二年級，賀麟老師教我西洋哲學史，見了我長達百頁的英文讀書報告不僅不皺眉，反而在班上表揚我；正是在他的指導之下，我讀了不少古希臘哲學家著作的英譯，真有發現新星球似的喜悅。
我們這一級（1935-1939）還有一段特殊經歷，即抗日戰爭的鍛煉。我們兩年在清華園度過，兩年在長沙、南岳、蒙自、昆明度過。有的同學進入解放區打游擊，大多數在大后方直接或間接地參加戰爭工作。
