三、大小寫方面的錯誤
在考研文章的評改過程中，有關大小寫方面的錯誤層出不窮，這是考生的一個弱點。一般來說，大寫規(guī)則有以下幾條：
(1)大寫每句話的第一個字母和直接引語的第一字母,如：
He said,”He is going to Shanghai next week”.
(2)大寫專有名詞，或用作專有名詞的部分普通名詞，通常是縮略形式。如：
Dr G . G . East
(3)大寫縮寫字母。如：MPA ,MBA ,BBC
(4)文章標題要大寫。
(5)頭銜在專有名詞前要大寫，在專有名詞后就小寫。例如：Captain Smith --------Smith, the captain；Uncle George--------George ,my uncle 四、標點符號錯誤及分析
考生在寫文章時，一定要注意正確使用標點符號，切忌從頭到尾只用逗號的現(xiàn)象。一定要熟練掌握常用標點符號的基本用法，尤其要正確使用逗號和分號。
【推薦信】
簡介：結構要點推薦信是向收信人推薦某人做某事的信件。
寫作“三步走”：
1.指出被推薦的人及推薦的原因；
2.介紹被推薦人的情況；
3.總結說明被推薦人值得被推薦(例如能勝任工作)。
注意：推薦信應多寫被推薦人的優(yōu)點，肯定其成績。但內容應真實可信，語言熱情得體。切忌夸大其實。
模板句型：
第一部分：指出被推薦人
I am writing to you to recommend…for…
I take great pleasure in recommending to you … as …
I would like to present… for your consideration in your search for…
With reference to your requirements, I shall, without reservation, recommend…as an ideal candidate.
第二部分：介紹被推薦人的情況

第三部分：總結說明
I am confident/ convinced that… I strongly recommend him to you with no reservation.

Directions:
Write a letter to recommend Wang Xin for his further study in a college.
