As one of your regular customers, I amwriting to complain about the poor quality of the electric dictionary purchasedin your on-line store that enjoys years of reputation.
The dictionary is really of great importancein the process of my English learning. Unfortunately, I found that there areseveral problems. To begin with, the dictionary operated well at first, but tenyears later it began to make a lot of noise when opened. In addition, some ofthe keys on the keyboard do not work. I strongly request that you can eithersend me a new one or refund me my money in full.

The table above gives the information aboutthe survey of employment satisfaction in a company. After carefully studyingthe data in the table, we may safely conclude that the percentage of peopleunder 40 who hold unclear or discontent feeling with their jobs arerespectively 50% and 33.3%. 64% of those between 40 to 50 are not satisfied andno one feel satisfied at all while the degree of satisfaction, for people over50, largely exceeds the other groups, amounting to 40%.
A great many reasons might have contributedto the differences, and here I would like to lay stress on the following tworeasons. First, owing to the enormous pressure from supporting the family, theenjoyment in work for middle-aged people has obviously decreased. In addition, sincethe seniors have developed a lot in personality through the previous workingexperience, they can keep a positive attitude and see the optimistic respects ofthe work.
Taking all the above analysis intoconsideration, we can safely reach a conclusion that the seniors have moresatisfaction and enjoyment in the work than the young and middle-aged peopleunder 50.
